ProteinCo's in-house Formulation Scientist has a Bachelors and Masters in Chemical Engineering and has worked in both the nutraceutical and cosmeceutical industries.

ProteinCo assigns you a dedicated Private Label Project Manager who manages your hands-on customer service experience. You have one contact to work with on a personal level to answer all of your questions rather than being handed off from one customer service rep to the next. Led by ProteinCo's Formulation Scientist, our private label formulation lab allows for the ultimate in product flexibility and customization. ProteinCo's manufacturing and lab facilities are all FDA inspected, and we are GMP compliant. Our adherence to industry safety measures is unparalleled in the industry.

And to ensure a top-notch finished product, our encapsulation lines are situated in a climate-controlled room where air quality and humidity are rigorously maintained. We have automated capsule filling machines used to fill hard gelatin or vegetable-based capsules at a rate of about 25,000 capsules/hour.

While thousands of products are developed in our facilities, The Your Whey Protein Lab ensures that quality standards are always upheld regardless of your customized formulation.

 

Quality checklist

We think you should know what went into your private label product, have assurance that the product quality is consistent, and most importantly, that the final product is safe. ProteinCo keeps all production in-house to closely monitor the formulation and packaging of your private label product. Throughout the manufacturing process, each product must pass through our rigorous Quality Checklist. Only after meeting each of these requirements does your product move to shipping.

And rest assured that we stand by the quality of all of our products. That’s why ProteinCo carries product liability insurance on every private label product that goes out of our facility, and we provide a certificate of insurance upon your request.
